Lauren Beste, MD, MSc, from the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle discussed a recent study looking at how conditions like cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma are treated and the prevalence of these conditions in the veteran population during the recent Liver Meeting in San Francisco.
