AT&T Calls Attention to Safety Hazards of Texting While Driving

Author(s):

Texting while driving is not only dangerous--it can and has been fatal. AT&T's new documentary is sure to scare any offender straight.

It should come as no surprise to learn that texting while driving is more hazardous then not texting while driving. But even though the information on how hazardous this activity can be is so readily available, it still doesn't seem to prevent offenders of all ages.

AT&T lauched a campaign last month calling attention to the senseless accidents, many of them fatal, that were caused by this activity. The video already has close to two million views; a great thing considering that it would be hard to imagine someone texting while driving after viewing.
