During the 20th United States Conference on AIDS, Carlos Rodriguez Diaz, PhD, University of Puerto Rico, explained that as he continues to work, he'd like to keep seeing good social behavioral research, since he believes that often gets lost in the mix of all the science. According to Diaz, "It's great that we have more tools for HIV prevention, but we should also work on the conditions that put people at risk."
