CDC Podcasts: Alleviating Arthritis

This podcast offers advice on how patients can manage their arthritis and relieve their pain.

Nearly 50 million adults suffer from arthritis, the most common cause of disability in the country. People are living longer because of advances in medicine, but the longer they live, the more susceptible they are to arthritis, a chronic condition that causes pain and stiffness in the joints. In this podcast, Dr. Jennifer Hootman discusses ways to alleviate arthritis pain. It is a part of a series titled, "A Cup of Health with CDC."
