Mahad shares his method of considering the role of mitochondrial damage as a springboard to identifying newer approaches to nerve protection.

“So I think trying different therapeutic options, targeting the neuronal pathways and mitochondria within you is a very exciting way of trying to solve the problem,” said Mahad.
