Ellen Shmueli, living with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 10 years, shares her experience of being diagnosed and finding a rheumatologist who worked with her to meet her life goals. Though she was once told she would be in a wheelchair by age thirty-five, Ellen has collaborated with her doctor to find a treatment plan that works for her and is now a certified fitness instructor, helping others to achieve their goals as well.
