Much like patients do not have all the answers to all questions Mellanie True Hills from StopAfib.org said doctors also do not, but should be able to guide their patients to resources to find the right answers. Open channels of communication, she said can make the difference between patients being properly informed and having valuable information and those who seek cures and other treatments from unreliable places. Hills discussed this topic during the annual meeting of the American College of Cardiology in Chicago.
