In the fourth of a five-part series on surgical treatment of migraines, David Branch, MD, of Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery, discusses issues such as the performance of migraine surgery in trials versus placebo surgery, various nerves that can be operated on to relieve migraines, and the statistics on migraine surgeries at his clinic, which has operated on 29 migraine patients including one ten year old.
