This educational offering from the American Academy of Pediatrics’ (AAP) Pediatrics Learning Center will discuss the most common accessories and gadgets used in treating and managing asthma in children and the appropriate inhaled delivery systems for children of different ages and maturity levels. Participants will also learn how to instruct pediatric patients on the proper use of the metered dose inhaler, dry powder inhaler, spacer, nebulizer, and peak flow meter.
