As the annual ECTRIMS conference in London wound down there was definitely a sense of optimism that there would be more good news to come before the group meets next October in Paris.

The conference brings together not only seasoned veterans in the field but also up and coming providers which helps move the field forward. Looking back at the program, Patricia K. Coyle, MD, from Stony Brook Medicine said this year's event had encouraging news not only for the relapsing form which has more than a dozen treatment methods, but also progressive forms which saw a considerable amount of progress in the past year alone.
