Arjun Srinivasan, MD, Associated Director for Healthcare Associated Infection Prevention Programs at the CDC, understands if healthcare providers, policymakers, administrators, and patients work together to effectively implement the antibiotic stewardship programs, improved patient care can easily be attainable.

When talking about his peers at IDWeek 2015, Srinivasan would hope everyone measures the actual impact these stewardship programs have on the overall work they are doing.
