Gregory C. Burke, MPA, Director of Innovation Strategies for the United Hospital Fund discussed some of the ways the organization is accomplishing this lofty goal.

The days of the solo practitioners may be at an end, but that does not mean individualized medicine cannot thrive even in a changing field like medicine. In parts of New York doctors have formed "pods" where they pool their resources while stil delivering a high level of care to their patients.
