Allison R. Fine, MSW, LICSW, from Counseling for Inner Balance discussed this alternative stress reducing option during the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers in Indianapolis. While not intended for all patients Fine said the exercise method has been shown to help with areas like depression, anxiety, and sleep difficulties.
