For psychiatrists and psychologists their treatment of patients at risk for suicidal tendencies is a known concern that they confront on a daily basis. How they approach that in patients with multiple sclerosis can require careful attention according to Rosalind Kalb, PhD, of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Kalb spoke about this topic during the annual meeting of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers in National Harbor, Maryland.
