Joel Hirschhorn, MD, PhD, from Harvard Medical School discussed how genetics can help with the diagnosis of these conditions during the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists 24th Annual Scientific and Clinical Congress in Nashville. Hirschhorn, who also works at Boston Children's Hospital said testing can help identify conditions affecting obesity and growth disorders.
