The Epilepsy Foundation to Host 2nd Annual Walk

"I don't have time." "I'm not local." "I'll never finish." These are just a few of the excuses that you may use to avoid participating in the National Walk for Epilepsy next month. Become a Virtual Walker, and you have no excuse.

Join the second annual National Walk for Epilepsy on Friday, March 28, or Saturday, March 29, to show your support for an amazing cause.

Sponsored by the Epilepsy Foundation (EFA) and ORTHO-McNeil Neurologics, the Walk will be hosted this year at the JW Marriott on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC.

Now, there are two options for interested participants: the Physical Walk or the Virtual Walk. Physical walkers can show up at 8:00AM (EST) Friday, or 7:00AM (EST) Saturday to pick up a t-shirt. Walk route currently TBD.

Virtual walkers can pick a date to walk within their own community on or before the National Walk for Epilepsy. After completing your own walk, and informing the EFA office, a certificate of accomplishment will be sent, which includes your name (or team name) to be listed on the website.

Those interested in donating can do so right from the Walk's site. Corporate Sponsors may go to the Sponsors page to learn more about how they can get involved and support the cause.
