A pair of colleagues from Duke detail what makes the annual cardiovascular meeting beneficial to researchers and clinicians.

The 29th Annual Beaumont Health Cardiovascular Conference, held in Beaver Creek, CO, provided cardiology investigators and clinicians a comprehensive review of the latest advances, trends, and therapy innovations in their disease space.

What’s more, the meeting emphasized its tradition of connection, networking, and collaboration among peers in a critical field of medicine today.

In a discussion highlighting the meeting, Duke University colleagues Manesh Patel, MD, chief of the Division of Cardiology and Division of Clinical Pharmacology, and Christopher Granger, MD, professor of medicine, shared their thoughts on the sessions and themes of Beaumont 2020.
