With "non-specific" conditions, patients can experience exercise intolerance and are often connected to other issues like anxiety, according to Stephen Y. Chan, MD, PhD, from UPMC. Proper diagnosis can include looking for potential secondary conditions and right heart catheterization which requires specialized labs.
