A combination of medication, dietary modifications and other lifestyle modifications can help patients guard against gout flares. This video was produced by the Gout & Uric Acid Education Society, a non-profit group of medical professioanls whose mission is to educate the public and healthcare community about gout and the related healthcare consequences of hyperuricemia, with the aim of improving the quality of care and minimizing the burden of gout.
