There have been many times where exercise has been shown to be important in a person's life. This is especially true for people with diabetes in order to best manage their symptoms.

Sheri Colberg-Ochs, PhD, from Old Dominion University, discussed the importance of exercise during the annual meeting of the American Diabetes Association (ADA 2016) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Colberg-Ochs said that whether it is school-aged children, working adults, or those in the later years of their life, even a slight boost in exercise can make a significant difference in their overall health.
