Information for Attendees of the 2010 American College of Gastroenterology Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course

Registration

Online registration for all meetings during ACG 2010 is closed. Registration will only be available on-site at the ACG Registration Desk at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center on a space-available basis. If you have any questions, contact ACG at 301-263-9000.

Schedules

There’s so much to do and see at ACG 2010, so plan your time accordingly with the Schedule At-a-Glance. For in-depth information on all ACG 2010 has to offer, check out the optional Friday courses, the postgraduate course to be held on Saturday and Sunday, the three-day board review, every session from the annual scientific meeting, the GI Mid-level Providers Presentations, and the featured lectures.

Special Events at ACG 2010

A number of opportunities to network with peers await ACG 2010 attendees. Among them are a hands-on workshop center consisting of 13 sessions, ACG Presidential Events, fellows-in-training events that include GI Jeopardy and a job forum, the Inaugural Gutrunners 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, and ACG auxiliary tours. The tours include Texas Hill Country Experience: Fredricksburg, TX and Shop Until You Drop: San Marcos Outlet Mall. Learn more at the Special Events page on the ACG site.

CME at ACG 2010

The American College of Gastroenterology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The ACG designates these educational activities for a maximum as noted below of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Each physician should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ACG2010 AAFP Expo Hall

The expo hall is open Sunday, October 17 — October 19, which you can check out during the extended break periods between sessions this year. The exhibit hall will be home to the President’s Reception, the Hands-on Workshop Center, and more.
