Intramural NCI Prostate Cancer Trials: Progress Made and Insights Gleaned

Solid tumors, like those found in prostate cancer, need novel paradigms in order to assess the efficacy of therapy in patients. In this abstract, a method is proposed which is used for estimating the PSA growth and regression rate constants from serial PSA measures.
